Incredibly short duration of nonstick qualities
I bought this because I was looking for a healthier alternative to the typical nonstick products out there. After a good bit of research, I landed on this product and based my purchase largely on the reviews I read here. Below is my overall impressions both pro and con and a summary:Pros:Great looking pan with good balance.Cons:Not entirely nonstick and continues to grow less so with use.*update - I have had an additional month with this pan and it is only gotten worse. I strongly advise anybody looking for a quality nonstick pan to avoid this product. It is possible that I have gotten the defective unit but Iām not so sure.Summary: I've taken very good care of this pan and not let it exceed any heat recommendations. I've also only ever washed it with a soft sponge. Despite that, the pan continues to grow less and less nonstick after use and now can't even cook a simple egg at medium temp without having to be scraped.

NOT A GOOD BUY
I purchased this pan over a year ago. I don't usually leave revues but considering the price of this pan I wanted to let others know how disappointed I am in it. I would not recommend this pan at all. I have followed the care instructions that I received with this pan and in less than a year ( I don't use it all that often ) everything sticks to it. I still use the pan but have to soak it after each use just to release the food that has been stuck to the pan . VERY disappointed considering I paid $75.00 for this pan! I only gave one star because I had to, if left to me I would not have given any stars at all.

Starting to break down after 3 months.
After a few months use it still works great. I don't expect these pans to last a lifetime but if I get a good year then I'll be happy.Edit.3 months in using on average 2 times per week and have received the first small scratch. Still doesn't stick.I have taken extremely good care of this pan so I'm a little disappointed it's breaking down so early. Still a long ways from my hopefulness that it will last 1 year.Edit:After about 10 months of light use it has several visible scratches. I have only used plastic spatulas and hand washed every time. Disappointed it did not hold up longer. I will be replacing as I don't trust pans once they start breaking down. Not worth the price paid.

Can tip over
I have a very large Tramontina pan which I really like. Both pans conduct heat well, and are pretty non-stick without toxic chemicals. However, they have a fairly weighty steel handle, and for the small pan, it is too heavy. If you are not careful, and do not have well balanced, or heavy enough ingredients in the pan, it will tip over. The cooking and clean-up qualities are a plus, but I would not purchase the small pan again. It seems as though it was meant to be handled the entire time you are cooking, because you have to be very careful that it is balanced when you let go of it. I would not let a young child use it. The handle should have been shorter, or lighter.

I would be very wary cooking food in this...
It's a lovely pot, i liked it a lot when it first arrived but unfortunately the enamel just completely dissolved the first time i used it (exposing the aluminum core inside). I was using it to make soap so that should be noted, that probably wasn't the manufacture's first intended use. But it was a youtuber online who is in the business of making homemade soaps that uses and recommends enamel coated pots for this very thing. And for the price of 50 dollars i really did not expect it to fall apart like this. The caustic pot ash was well diluted. Considering it took only 2 or 3 minutes for this enamel to liquify and come off - mixing in with the soap - i would feel very wary using this pot to cook any kind of food. Particularly acidic things also like tomatos or tomato sauce. With the aluminum exposed the pot is now useless to me. I just wanted a simple pot to use for this purpose. I followed the care instructions, i seasoned it, and one silicone spatula was all that ever touched it. I would return this if i could but i am sure because i used it for an all natural non-food item that voids the warranty..Another thing to consider, because of the aluminum core the pot gets very hot and even touching the top rim is likely to burn you. So be careful not to touch or bump against it even on low heat. The stainless steel handles being the one exception. It's a shame because i really do like the look of it. The handles are sturdy and comfortable to grip. And the toxic-free coating at least in principle is a nice idea.Overall we are pretty disappointed.

';m impressed
I am a cook. I have the old restaurant grade cookware from Calphalon from the 80's & 90's. before the company was sold. It was the best and literally $500 a pan. The only newer cookware I have liked is the Tramontina Gourmet Ceramica. For months I could not find the larger skillets with lids so took a chance on buying this one listed as 'used'.It was brand new. The price was amazing, and I got this skillet in the original packaging with the stickers and all. I paid under $20 for it. The smallest saucepan cost me over $60 in this set.I'm rather floored. I was expecting crap, but this is wonderful.

Best non-stick pan ever
Have been using this pan almost daily since April 24. 2017 and couldn't be happier. No chipping, scratches, or discoloration at all. I have been careful to have followed all recommendations without exception. Season the pan, use nylon utensils only, medium to medium high heat only, hand wash only. No problems. Don't expect any.
