Will Make You Want to Go
I admit, it must be hard to write a book about something as varied and diverse as a National Park. To weave together the different facets -- the geographical and human histories, the important physical features -- is challenging if one wants to engage the reader. Mr. Fishbein has certainly accomplished this in his portrait of Grand Canyon Country. While the volume is not quite as engaging as other volumes in the National Geographic series (Yosemite is, in my opinion, the standard), nevertheless I found myself moved to revisit the Grand Canyon with this volume in hand. For anyone who would like to understand the geography, history, and thrills one can see firsthand in this wonder of the world, this book will give you as much as you need and more. The stunning photos are a bonus, but don't let them distract you from the visual imagery painted by Mr. Fishbein in his text.

This was so interesting and still not overwhelming in the presentation of a very complex national treasure. I loved every word.

Esattamente quello che volevo
Ho comprato questa rivista dopo aver visitato di persona il Grand Canyon. Molto ben fatta, contiene più di 100 foto a colori e vari articoli ed esperienze relative ai luoghi ritratti.
