Worked: heres some Important tips…
Some tips on this.1. Before opening, keep the tube with the cap upwards for a while to get the cream to run to the opposite end of the cap. Then use a pin to prick a hole in the seal to relieve pressure when opening. This will mitigate losing a large amount of cream when opening for first time, as some have reported on these reviews..2. After much time of trying, for this to work for me, I had to apply 3 or 4 times daily rather than twice daily. 4 times worked best for me.3. When I finish using the cream, I keep it so that it is standing upright on the flat-topped cap. This is important after using the cream for a while, as it really helps make the cream easily dispensable later on, as the cream slowly runs down the tube and accumulates at the cap-end.

Waste of money
As per the other reviews, product is ineffective. Tube exploded when opened wasting half of what is already a tiny tube. No difference at all as time goes on. Save your money, wish I trusted the negative reviews!

update in 2weeks if any GOOD changes
so i ordered this after reading the negative reviews decided to give it ago seeing as covid is in full swing its impossible to get to the clinic the tube is super small for the £20 price tag however on day 1 of delivery I opened the tube and on opening and taking the silver seal off it exploded everywhere now i only have half a tube left however I'm unsure as to how bad my condition is but upon first use I applied and immediately started feeling a very high almost bubbling sensation taking this into account I thought well it feels like its sorting it as (no pain no gain) happy to report since the first use the feeling of itchy or even bubbling sensation has gone away so I'm putting that down to the infection trying to spread i dont massage into the tip i just covered the area infected which is around the tip of the head so like most men I worried and just went crazy applying but again in doing this it may result into it working faster than most due to the amount used day 2 its working fine i don't howver use twice a day I use it 3 times a day so my tip is constantly covered and doesn't get a break from the cream cuz in my head am thinking if i give it breaking time thats also time for the virus to kick bk so will see the end result in 2weeks if all gd will update this but if not u no it didn't work as expected but with that being said u would of thought it won't to work better than most considering the £20 price point for an ultra small tube

Tube has a lot of pressure inside, you cant use it for genitals
Careful when you open the tube because it wilm shoot out, I also went to the doctor and he said that this cream is for non-genital warts so its a waste of money. Refund?

I don’t think this cream works
The media could not be loaded. I have been using SOMXL for more than 3 weeks now. I used more than half of first box. I will continue with the 2nd box. I didn’t see any improvement so far. The second box is unopened and it’s weight is less than the 1st box which is used for 3 weeks, every morning and every evening. I apply the cream to a 25 cm2 area as a thin layer. Please see the video that I have attached. Please make your own judgement.
