The Dead Sea Scrolls Bible: The Oldest Known Bible Translated for the First Time into English

Good study book about the dead sea scrolls bible. Some of the writings are way more fragmented than others, but it is still a valuable addition to your bible knowledge database. Oldest known book of Isaiah. I recommend for readers that like a challenge. Not useful for preaching, but good knowledge about the essenes right before the time of Christ. People in the qumran community had angelic visitation, and access to other ancient books that we don't have today.

Received the Bible earlier than expected. Am enjoying studying it along side my KJV version. Thank you.

The old testament in the closest original script that the Lord partook of to fulfill God's will. I have just started in Joshua has lots of books and stories to seek into. At a price you cant beat. Very happy to have this in my collection.

Good book to read

The quality of the book is very good. The paper quality and the printing quality are very good, print is clear and clean. However, there seems to be a manufacturing mistake (not defect) in this Repro Indian reprint - all odd pages are on the left side and all even pages are on the right side when the book is opened, as contrast to all other books, or this may be a specific style for this book. Otherwise, it's good.

This is a great bible of the original Dead Sea Scrolls. You can cross reference any bible with this book to see if it is written & quoted correctly. This book & a very good Concordance is what you need, they go together well.

Excelente livro e agora terei como comparar uma tradução da biblia feita com manuscritos receptus de Erasmos com os que foram achados nas cavernas de qunran e que sao datados bem mais antigos que eles.
