Must be overlooked
Not a great product în my case , my little one is pucking every time she trys to snug it , plus for small kids is very easy to open the back and eat the filling if you nor washing.Is very nice but just as a furnituri piece.

Cute and fit for purpose
Concerned when I saw how it was packaged but realised it was shrink wrapped. This has not caused any defect to the item.

Delivery or notification of non delivery could have been better
Today the teddy bear seat arrived. It was supposed to be for an Xmas present. Arrived too late for that. However fortunately it is in time for a birthday present in February. Disappointed in the late delivery. The product appears okay although the original photo impression looked as though it would be a Childs armchair with arms. However the arms are floppy and not secure like an elephant seat purchased earlier last year for our other grand daughter. Unlike Amazon service l feel let down badly this time. As far as product goes looks absolutely fine and sure it will be adored by our grand daughter even if it wa for birthday instead of Christmas. This was the second present arrived too late for Christmas the other was the Annuls of Lesmahagow book and both presents ordered in plenty of time.

Teddy sofa.
Vacum packing this "teddy sofa" not a good idea,took ages to put in to shape as his head would not stay upright,had to buy more stuffing to support it,not very impressed.it was for my great granddaughters 1st birthday.

Beautiful but a bit small
He is a lovely cuddly Teddy chair with a happy friendly face and my grandchildren love him. I did expect him to be a bit larger. Having already bought an animal chair locally, I expected him to be the same size because it was for both grandchildren when they come to watch TV at grannies. Teddy looks decidedly smaller. He is gorgeous though.

Toddler cannot sit back because bear head in way
Whilst this chair is soft for a young child the bear’s head protrudes forward so when child sits in chair has no back support at all very uncomfortable. Cannot recommend. Can’t easily send it back as difficult to pack and rather large. Waste of money
