Kids Fishing Net - Telescoping Bait, Minnow, and Butterfly Net With 11.4" Depth, Handle Extends to 30" for Easy Catch and Release

Good sturdy net. Withstood being submerged in the sea at the beach for multiple days.

Great gift!

We ordered three of these so each of our children could have one and they held up great. The handle on one of them will not fully lock but that is not a huge deal as it stays in place when collapsed. Overall, the construction is good and what I expected based on the other reviews. I was able to get in the sand and scoop/filter out stuff while diving for shells. If you push too hard, it will bend the basket part but since it is aluminum, it can easily be bent back. My kids loved these and we are glad we didn't have to toss them after one trip.

I used this to catch goldfish and koi in my small outdoor pond to do some spring cleaning. The pole held steady with the gold fish. Some are the size of a decent size Perch. The largest Koi is about 11 inches and has some weight. When pulling out the Koi the pole was a bit unsteady. This should be used for smaller fish. The pole extension is functional and was a benefit when catching the speedier ones at the bottom. The color is just a visual extra. Overall, the value of what I paid was fine for what I was using it for. I will have it for future use now.

We got this net for my 5 year old, who is obsessed with catching anything right now. Fish, bugs, butterflies, squirrels, you name it. He's been asking for a new net for this spring because he wore out the old one. The only ones we could find in the store we're plastic or really cheap feeling. They did not feel like they would be sturdy or strong enough to catch anything other than a butterfly. When we saw this net it was exactly what he wanted. I was very impressed when it came with the quality and durability. It is lightweight yet feels strong enough to catch a large fish, and sturdy enough to hold up to a 5 year old boy with endless energy, Who wants to catch anything he sees. I love this net and so does my son! He was overjoyed when he opened he package and takes it with him everywhere. He just holds it and always has it with him ready to catch stuff. We took it camping last weekend and it doesn't even have a scratch on it. Also, it extends to twice the length so it will grow with him, or suit a different need. Can't say enough about it. We love it.

We’ve used this product 3 times and it’s already come apart at the handle with no way to reattach. Poor design. Updated: Changed this review to 5 star because this seller stands behind their product. Customer service was A+ and replacement was received quickly. Thank you for taking care of the issue so quickly. 10/10

The pole and net look great. Great quality. Only thing is that when the pile is extended it moves/ twirls around. It should lock into place but it doesn't. My grandson doesn't have a problem with it doing that. He is 9. But I do. So yeah, I'm disappointed

After my daughter saw my neighbors children netting minnows and frogs in the backyard stream, she made up her mind that she wanted in on the action. Everyday she'd asked when she could get a net. I purchased this item to make her happy and it exceeded expectations. There are cheaper nets available, but I believe you get what you pay for and this item did not disappoint. It's sturdy, well made, and looks great - far better than what my neighbors kids were using. We've already used it several times and it has proven quite effective at catching all manner of things for a closer inspection. She loves chasing butterflies, bugs, and fish. Definitely recommend this product for anyone with children interested in the outdoors.

Best fishing net we have gotten. Lasted all summer! Tiny minnows can swim through but larger do get caught! I actually came back and ordered more for the rest of the family!

The materials are good quality. The telescopic mechanism broke on both nets i bought.

We need to beef up our nets in order to go after some larger prey and these nets proved to be lethal! My little ladies feel like the Croc Hunter tracking down and capturing Amphibians, Reptiles, Crustaceans, or whatever else dares to cross their paths, with these inescapable and sturdy nets. The telescopic handle, flat netting, and solid construction make these nets a true hiking must for kids!

Nice and sturdy!!! I've been thru a few dollar store and these did not disappoint. Will buy again for my younger kiddos when they want their own

My daughter loves this net. It's colourful, adjustable and strong. I gave it 4 stars because the net screws on to the rod and can easily come unscrewed as it doesn't lock into place.
