I purchased 3 Lazy Susan's & one wouldn't turn easily. It seemed like the bearings had slipped out of thier track. Since there was no way to take the base apart without ruining it I sent Cook N Home an email. They responded promptly & immediately sent out a replacement. Their customer service is top notch.The Lazy Susan's themselves are very sturdy & easy to put together. There are no visible screws on the top surfaces & they function perfectly for my use.

I really love my old plastic ones from the 60s and 70s. This one is a minimal design similar to the old kind, but unfortunately not plastic (I live in the tropics where everything metal corrodes fast). I like the minimal low relief design because I use it for a spice rack and I can fit standard seasoning jars on both the top and the bottom. If there is too much of a lip on the bottom tray or overhang from the top tray, I can't easily get the spice jars on and off of the bottom tray. I need to be able to "slide" them out without having to tip them too much. This is the only tray I could find at the time of purchase that most closely allowed for this. It does work. That said, it is kind of flimsy and I'm not sure how long it will last, but I keep it in a closed cupboard and it hasn't begun to corrode yet and I've had it about a year or so now. That's pretty good for the rainy side of a tropical island. I still haven't found anything better. I'm always looking for those ugly puke yellow and green plastic ones from ages ago, they're still the best design.

Liked the stainless steel look, sturdiness

The product functions as a "lazy susan" but needs more force to rotate than should be necessary. Would rather have better functioning units (I purchased 2, both are equally resistant to rotating), but not worth the time and hassle to redo everything (dismantle, repackage, rehome my spices again) and return. I think the seller counts on that. After purchasing two, writing the seller for assistance, I can definitively say, I do NOT recommend either the product (Cook N Home 10.5-Inch 2 Tier Lazy Susan Turntable Organizer, Stainless Steel) or seller (The Cook Store). Something is wrong with these units - seller doesn't fix or provide help. Classic Amazon 'Caveat Emptor'.

Very nice 2 Tier Lazy Susan. I realize that there other more expensive ones out there but I wanted to organize my medicine without “breaking the bank”! This one was perfect. I noticed that after assembling it, I could see my finger prints but I took a soft dry cloth and the finger prints disappeared. I hope it’ll not tarnish over time but it looks very good with my medicine organized. Finally, I can keep my medicine and vitamins in one spot within reach. After cleaning up my cabinet, I found unopened medicine that I had forgotten I had. Good value for your money! I would buy again!

I purchased this and another brand as I wanted a 10" twin spin as well as the bigger 10.5" size of the Cook N Home brand. Cook N Home is made of a fairly heavy metal with a solid feel to it and has a wide turning base. I'm sure this will hold up well to heavier loads and it was actually cheaper than the other brand I purchased. The other brand was a 2 Tier 2 PK Lazy Susan advertised as a 10", but it was actually 10.5". It looked nice but felt lightweight and had a rather small turning base underneath, which made it feel a bit wobbly. If I purchase more of the twin spins, I will go with Cook N Home for it's better quality and cheaper price.

I needed something to hold my spices in the kitchen but have 11" deep cabinets with the door closed. I didn't want to limit the size to the 9" sturdy plastic Oxo models and waste space but the 12" one I had previously did not fit in my new home. I wanted to make use of the 10-11" height in the cabinets and prevent the constant searching to find the particular spice I needed. I loaded up the circumference on the top rack with 14 of the smallest standard containers and put my duplicates in the middle. I have between 10-12 on the lower shelf but it by no means full. It spins fine with this weight load but makes a slight squeaking noise when spun. I tend to make 1-2 items on the weekend and eat leftovers throughout the week so this is not something that would prevent me from providing a good review. Overall, this met my needs and was pretty inexpensive therefore I would recommend it.

This is being more than and year that I brought it. It’s very good.The quality remains intact till date.

I was storing my spices above the stove, which you're not supposed to do. I didn't want to buy anything plastic and I certainly didn't want to buy a brand new spice rack with new jars. I like my jars and I like using mini mason jars for certain spices.This rack feels high quality. The metal is solid and sturdy. The ball bearings are a little screechy, but not bad once weighted down with a few jars. It turns easily without jostling the contents or knocking anything over.The item is a really good size, with enough height for standard spice jars to be easily removed when needed. It fits about three jars times four sides times two tiers. I had originally planned to use it as a single tier turntable, but it was so well-designed. I tried it in a poorly-used cupboard and discovered that I suddenly had a lot more room!It was packaged in a cardboard box and sealed in a thin plastic. The assembly was really easy, requiring just a screwdriver.

OMG, has made my kitchen so much more sparkly and beautiful. they have solved a major kitchen problem, more spices, less space, easy to see. Perfect for the organized cook. This went together so easily and it's really shiny. The double round about fits on an upper shelf in your kitchen but it's so pretty you'll want to put it on the counter. Well made , sturdy, won't fall over. Should have upgraded from the flimsy plastic years ago.

It is a bit noisy like some people have mentioned, but I din't find that to be a big deal. I use it to hold spices and the bottom shelf is slightly too short for many of my containers. Otherwise it works great and is sturdy.

I recently rearranged my pantry and had several corner areas on the shelves that were hard to reach into. I bought two of these to fill the space and they work well, providing me easy access and a second level of storage.
