Highly recommended
This is an amazing product, it contains most of the vitamins and minerals that you get in individual supplements, and so so natural, as we all know now that synthetic vitamins just do not work. This one works out cheaper than similar products on the market. I highly recommend and will be ordering again.I take one teaspoon morning and night, ( i just let them melt in my mouth, but can be used with yogurt etc,)

Really good way to boost your immune system
Excellent quality, very fresh and tastes really nice. Iv'e tried other bee breads and this one stands out as the best, expensive though, wished they could bring the price down. One heaped teaspoon in the morning and one in the evening, hopefully give me all my B vitamins.
