I'm not disappointed in this bag, comfortable to wear, straps are not connected at the bottom but I've seen that on bags I've bought online before which is good for adjusting to fit your preference, I needed somthing for work to carry everything in and this will work just fine for everything I need. Would recommend for sure. Good value for the price I paid!

Really impressed I thought it was gonna be cheap but it’s actually really good quality my sister uses it everyday for school and it’s holding up really good had it for about a month already just be aware that the time it takes to ship is gonna be a while it kept getting pushed back after I ordered it but other than that highly impressed

I bought this bag at my 13 year old daughters request for the upcoming school year and she LOVES it! She’s a huge fan on k-pop. It’s much lighter in weight than I thought it would be, but should be fine since she carries a laptop and mostly folders. The straps at the bottom were not connected, but I’ve seen that in many bags bought online. I’m assuming it is to adjust the straps to fit her accordingly. For the price, it is a good purchase. I am not disappointed. As far as durability, I can not tell just yet as she has only used it once. But I think that the bag should hold up just fine and I would purchase it again.

I bought this for my friend's niece as she's heavy into BTS stuff. She's very very happy with it and loves it. So I am happy with my purchase. It came in time before xmas so thats definitely a huge plus! It fits her new laptop so its quite sturdy, the thickness is good. I do like the style of it, very nice touch to the bag.

Got this as a birthday present for my daughter who's fully BTS army certified. She loves everything about it. I love that there's a small pocket and inside were balloons!! Like it knew it was her birthday. Now she's convinced it was meant JUST for her 😆😆

I bought this as a gift for my niece and she loved it. It is Fair quality and a good size for school. It includes everything as described in pictures and they added a bracelet as a gift. Overall very satisfied with this purchase. Shipping took around 6 weeks so if you plan on getting it as a gift I strongly suggest you plan ahead.
