Can I purchase six instead of five in what will the cost be?

Sometimes they offer their fish in groups of three. I recommend contact the seller. He was very quick in replying.

Do you quarantine the fish or treat them with anything prior to shipping/selling them?

All new fish should be quarantined and treated for internal and external parasites regardless of the source before adding to the established community

can they be in the tank with beta fish?

No, gold fish will eat them! Goldfish can get as big as a small dog and should be kept in a pond. Not a small tank. Bettas need tanks 5 and up. A cat will get a fishbowl and we let them roam around in our homes freely.

Are the pearlscales round like the ones on the pic or they are more elongated ?

Round, just like the picture. Some comments mention the fish are very small but I didn't think so. I've seen considerably smaller at petstores.
