Greta insights but tedious read
The book is a collection of amazing facts and stories about different colours and their origins. Even though I enjoyed the read, the language could have been made simpler and writing style a little more catching.

Thank you Pat Sloan! Great book purchased for your sew along!
This is a good book but I really only purchased it after seeing it on Pat Sloan's quilting YouTube channel. The book is interesting and well researched but the link to using it for project inspiration was the main interest for me. If you are interested in the project you can google it and join in!

Perfect for inquisitive minds
I visited a museum in Cumbria (UK) to see an exhibition about colour. What a fascinating subject. This book is full of interesting facts about colours. Lots of "I never knew that....." moments.
