It comes with everything it says and it seems a bit overpriced but altogether its worth it for a nice present

Cheap & Nasty
Cheap and nasty.... my Son loves it but the hat has already cracked and the gun has stopped working after only a couple of days! Handcuffs break apart when used and unable to clip walkie talkie on to clothes as the clip was pushed in to the handset.
