I can't find anything wrong with this product. The fact that you can change bands unlike other brands is just great. The ankle straps are cushion inside so there is no chaffeeing. Quality is tops

Great for beginners practicing their kicks for sure! For advance flexible kicks will snap rather quickly which is what I found out.

Se debe tomar en cuenta que este producto está especialmente diseñado para genera una resistencia en posiciones de piernas muy abiertas, así que no sustituye las ligas que comúnmente se usan para lograr similares resultados pero en posiciones de piernas más cerradas.
