It’s one of her cherished memories of she and my daughter. Hands down I would purchase another one. The shipping was lengthy. I ordered it on December 5, 2019 and it arrived in Jan 8, 2020. Customer service was excellent. They helped me track the item and were willing to offer a full refund since it may have gotten lost. This item was shipped from China to the U.S. which might have been the biggest delay due to the Holidays.

I went with this company because I ordered a bit late and other companies said it wouldn't come until after Christmas. I found this company and it GUARANTEED it would arrive on December 24th. I was very happy because I could have it for Christmas as a gift for my mother-in-law from her grandson. I checked on the 24th and at 3:00pm it said it was arriving that day no later than 8:00pm. When I checked again at 6:00pm I got a message telling me the package was delayed and now I would be getting it AFTER CHRISTMAS! I was so mad because up until 5 hours prior it said it was arriving on the 24th. I thought about cancelling the order but it had my son's picture on it and I still wanted an extra gift for my mother-in-law. The message kindly said it would arrive most likely a day or two late (it came on the 26th) but that was little comfort because I needed it BEFORE Christmas. We ended up coming to grandma's with a gift card instead of a gift she would actually enjoy.When it did arrive, I was surprised to see the globe is actually cheap plastic. It was thick and didn't look like it would break but I mistakenly assumed the globe would be ceramic and a little higher quality. The only saving grace was the picture on the globe. At first when I looked at it, it didn't really look like my son and was not happy. Then we plugged it in and lit up the globe and it was a very nice picture of my son and looked just like him. Overall I was happy with the picture on the globe which is the ONLY reason I didn't return it. I wont be doing business with this company again!

This is a beautiful and thoughtful personalized gift!!! We personalized our moon nightlight with words and a personal picture. We ordered ours right before Christmas and were given a date about 10 business days folowing our order date plus a few days due to the Christmas and New Year's holiday. This product was produced in China, but even so, it came on the second day possible within a 2 week delivery window that we were given upon receipt of our order. I felt that given this was a completely custom order, placed a week before Christmas, it still arrived in what I felt was a very short amount of time.It comes with a USB charging cable and a wooden stand. The charging cable DOES NOT come with with a WALL PLUG, but it DID say that one was NOT included in the item description.This is a really beautiful and different, personalizable gift for anyone. I highly recommend this company for producing a quality product to my specifications in a short time.Thank you!!

It looks cheep and I thought it was going to etch the image into the ball. But instead it's a cutout placed on it. An the cutout wasn't even smoothly cut. It was all jagged. Really disappointed.

This gift came 2 weeks late, in which time I requested a refund. I thought it had been misdelivered. This was a gift to my husband for Christmas, but late or not, he loves it. Our picture was my biggest worry but turned out great. If you choose to use this seller, order early, more like 6 to 8 weeks before you desired gift event. We love the color change options you have with the light. I will try to remember to write later review once I can speak to the battery life. I do recommend this seller.

The tracking showed Dec 20-24th. I received on Jan 3rd. When I opened the box the light was on. The touch sensor on the bottom is very sensitive. I used the remote to turn it off and repacked the box since it is a gift and before I could wrap it the light was on again. The instructions in the box are not helpful when trying to figure out how to turn it off. The light is very cool and is made of what appears to be good quality, and the engraving of the photo is good, but the switch is annoying. And the really late shipping was frustrating.

Ordered this for my boss using a photo of her with her precious maltese 16 year old dog (her baby!), as a Christmas gift. It arrived within the time frame it said (after the holiday but sooner than expected actually). At first glance I was a bit disappointed...plastic type material and I couldn't make out the photo very well. Until I charged it and lit it up! WOW. Honestly for the low price it was better than I expected. My boss LOVES it. On the back side I wrote "I love you to the moon and back". Once lit up, the colors make the photo pop nicely. She lost her little dog two weeks later so the timing was perfect. I'm happy I did this for her. Great purchase!

Like others have mentioned, at first glance, it sure doesn’t seem all that spectacular or even well made....and then you turn the light on! The embedded photo absolutely pops and is actually more detailed than I figured it was going to be. The caption on the back was even well done, considering I was quite worried because I had picked a long quote but it turned out great. Can’t comment on the battery life as of yet but the remote is convenient and the number of colours to play with is fantastic. Would definitely recommend as a gift to commemorate any milestone.

Total crap looks so cheap it’s plastic. Total scam for 60+ dollars. Don’t waste your money on this. Completely not worth it. I could do so much more with this amount of money. I was embarrassed to give the gift.

It was late for Christmas, mad about that. But the quality, and great it looks it was worth the wait.
