Call Amazon cust sv and speak direcly with a rep...if that doesn't work...notify your bank and dispute the charge... *** If you order FROM AMAZON and have your item shipped FROM AMAZON you will likely get your $ back or they will resolve the issue... if you order from a PRIVATE VENDOR , YOU MIGHT BE IN TROUBLE... NOT ALL OF THEM ARE HONEST... BEST OF LUCK TO YOU...

are these wooden or wood...what makes them wooden and not wood?

Over half of the WOODEN STICKS were WARPED AND CROOCKED... Not happy with them at all, as I couldn't use the faulty ones which were more than half of the contents... WASTED MY $$$...

Are these treated with any chemicals or preservatives?

I don't see any indication of this one way or another on the box. I have been using them to make homemade popsicles and have not noticed anything "off" about them.
