A new old house with picture rails and hooks
Excellent picture hanging set--easy to use, almost invisible cord (in the right light) and sturdy hooks. We tried these out after moving into an older house, and they work really well. The crown moulding hooks are sturdy and we use either the STAS Smartspring or Zipper hooks to attach to the frame, depending on the weight of the piece.

Wish I found these sooner!
I’ve been in my 1930 apartment for 9 years and I don’t know how, but I never noticed my moulding was picture rail moulding until a couple weeks ago.I was changing up my wall art and noticed some 3m command hooks were giving way. While I was online searching for replacement tape, somehow I stumbled upon this. Big lightbulb “duh” moment as I looked at my moulding again.Seriously, I’ve been living in places with old architecture my entire adult life and one of my favorite places ever was an artist friend’s tiny cottage that had this moulding throughout and the walls were all filled with art. Maybe it’s the high ceilings in my place that caused me not to realize what they were? I dunno, but I’m glad it finally clicked after all these years. These were super easy to install and of course super easy to reuse or reposition for any reason. Only drawback is the cost. Wish more homes had picture rails as it would be bring the demand and supply up and cost down.

Great find!
Very clever design twist on a traditional hanging system for hanging art from a picture rail. I love that you can adjust picture height so easily, making hanging groupings of art or photographs a breeze! I like so much that I bought a 2nd set! Highly recommend!

No holes in the wall!
Pretty neat product, I rated it a 4 because it's a bit expensive for some plastic and a little metal. It holds our heavy photograph with no issue and is such a great way to hang pictures without putting holes in the walls.

Excellent value for the cost.
This hanging system worked out very well for our needs, which involved medium-weight artworks on a conventional gallery rail system. These cables come coiled, and are resistant to straightening out if the artworks on them are very lightweight. (I tried stretching them out with weights prior to showtime, but they bounced right back into their coils again.) The cables were easy to trim behind the artwork to keep the curly ends from sticking out. Multiple clips can be used on a single cable if you want to hang salon-style.

Great kit, worth the price
I tried two cheaper Chinese sets that had awkward dimensions - this set fit our 1930s American picture rails great. The hooks are high quality and have good weight. The white and compact design make them very subtle. I used the included Y hooks to hang a painting I care a great deal about and I’m confident it’s secure. In the pic i simply used fishing line for a throw away holiday display.

Looks classy
This hanging system is very versatile. Please note that we live in a 1920's house that has the original picture hanging molding, so we did not install any rails. This system allowed us to hang pictures without putting any holes in the walls. You certainly notice both the hooks and the cable holding the pictures, but I consider them to be attractive and they emphasize the age of the house. They also look very professional...reminiscent of a museum or art gallery. While it takes a bit of effort to lift the pictures into place and adjust them, after that is initially done, it is easily to raise, lower, or move them without any damage to the walls. This makes it easy to place them exactly where you want them.
