Has anyone used this face wash as a spot treatment?

Nope. I massage this into my damp skin for 2/3 minutes to kill the acne bacteria & apply moisturizer & spf. Look up dr dray on YouTube if you’re struggling with acne. Differin gel helped me so much.

How long does it take to rid back acne?

I used a back scrubby lo g handled back brush. I put the cleanser on the brush & did my whole back & chest. I stayed out of the stream of water & left it on my back & chest for 10 minuets. Occasionally going back and scrubbing my back again to get the foam still fluffy & actine. I did this 2 weeks straight 10 minutes each time & the acne went away. This stuff really works if you do it religiously. You have to do it every day for 10 minutes for it to make the acne clear up. I do it now 3 times a week for 10 minutes to keep the acne away. Highly Recommend this cleanser work great.
