Great micrometer. Easy to use and read. Smooth adjustment and made of quality and durable materials.

The seller delivered the micrometer exactly on time. The micrometer is definitely on par with the ones I used for years as a machine operator. I did check the measurements against my dial caliper every 200 th of an inch and again against the calibrated ocular micrometer of my microscope. The measurements matched from end to end. I had the opportunity to use other brands micrometers too, but for the quality, accuracy and value, Mitutoyo does give them a stiff competition.

As a precision micrometer that isn't extremely expensive, I couldn't ask for more. Mine is closer to + .0002 inch off but honestly that's perfectly fine since I can add that in my calculations. Excellent product, fairly well built, and does what it's supposed to do.

If you need a micrometer and like analog equipment this is the micrometer for you. We have some 15 year old digital Mitutoyo calipers that still pass calibration with flying colors. We also have some ancient analog micrometers that will probably never quit. Spend the money and get a utensil that’s durable, accurate and lasts a long time. These are the real deal.

It's a little small for my wrist but it stretches pretty good. The elastic springs back to its original size doesn't look like it will stretch out for a while. The clip is robust but again doesn't open very wide so you can't clip it to anything very big. The color (teal white lavender) is nice and muted. But if you drop it into the mud it instantly absorbs everything I haven't tried putting it in the washing machine but it's soaked up a good amount of dirt and it's even in the stitching on the leather tab connecting the clip to the band. My fault but if you expect your stuff to get dirty and easy cleaning is important this is not your product.

Its a mitutoyo, it works perfectly just as it should!
