Nocciolata Bianca Organic Hazelnut Spread, 8.82 oz, Cocoa Free

I've never been a fan of hazelnut until I tried this spread. Now I understand why one reviewer keeps a secret stash... I was looking for a nutrient dense snack item for my husband. Despite some negative reviews. I decided to try it. The jar was bubble wrapped and also wrapped in plastic, so there was no leakage or broken glass. The spread is velvety and smooth, and the color is very natural. The taste is AMAZING. This is how hazelnut is supposed to taste. This has completely won me over! There was no oil separation as noted in other reviews, just a beautiful and fragrant silky spread that will be perfect for apple slices, coffee, and homemade ice cream. The product is also USDA organic, with no artificial ingredients. Hazelnuts are rich in nutrients like calcium, iron and potassium. This may be more expensive that the supermarket brand but you get what you pay for. In my opinion, this is worth the cost.

For years I’ve been looking for a legitimate, pure, hazelnut spread and the only thing I found were ones mixed with chocolate like Nutella and other lesser known brands. Now the reason I was looking for that specific spread is because I tasted an Italian candybar named Kinder Bueno. It comes with two bars that each has indented breakaway chocolate covered wafers filled with (you guessed it) hazel nut butter which is one of the most amazing tastes I’ve ever had. So I often wondered “does anyone make this stuff alone in a jar? Like peanut butter?” Most of the ones I found were very disappointing. But when I found this one on Amazon, the color looked right, it’s Italian and I guess the label design did it’s job and making me bite. I am so glad I did! I found the taste I was looking for! Oh dear what a delight… wish it was cheaper or larger, but it’s a guilty pleasure and treat I am ashamed to say I keep hidden away from my family and secretly visit it when they’re all sleeping or unaware, to be whisked away in a taste bud trip of delight. Taste is subjective so some may have a different experience but I for one fully recommend it… enjoy! ;)

Delicious. Organic and gluten-free hazelnut cream... Great for desserts and fantastic for Espressos and Capuchinos...

Very tasty! I used this on sour dough bread. Oh my! Tastes like a dessert. It's on the pricey side. But since I'm not allowed to eat chocolate, I'm glad i found this.

When I tried the hazelnut Bianco latte from Starbucks, I knew I had to recreate it somehow. Until then, I didn't really know what hazelnut tasted like. This product really opened my eyes to what hazelnut tastes like and the sugar syrup flavors don't do it justice. Froth a tablespoon of this in dissolved milk with some sweetened condensed milk and a shot of espresso and you'll be thanking me. This lets me have a slice of luxury without breaking the bank.

I bought to use as my flavour for a cheesecake I concocted, inspired by the Kinder Bueno chocolate wafer candy bars. I surprised myself by how good the cheesecake came out, my family loved it, a patent worthy recipe, thanks to this spread. I wish it came in a bigger size. It’s not too sweet and it has a very natural, real hazelnut taste. I would love to try it on other things like croissants, crepes and even strawberries.
