I used this product in rural Maine to boost my mobile cell service and mobile hotspot.My hotspot signal strength went from 1mb to 18mbMy phone went from 1(sometimes no bars to 4 consistently. Drops call’s don’t happen anymore.Should have bought sooner!

Pretty good product. Does what it says on the box.Some important things to consider are:1. It comes with an outdoor panel antenna, so don't order one separately like I did and waste 80 bucks.2. It only works if you already get signal at your home (like 2 bars outside minimum) if you don't get any signal, this will not be able to get you any. It only amplifies a poor signal to a better one.3. The cable you are provided to enter through a window is nice, but it means that your window will be cracked about 1/8th of an inch open at all times, so you will need to go through a wall to make it water/insect proof.

First off I'll say I skeptical about paying $400 for a booster and secondly they all had them same sales pitch and thirdly most of the reviews for any of the boosters I was looking at were vague and some hard to believe. But I found what I was looking for and it's this WeBoost Home. What sold me was when I talked with tech support, they explained to me that the weak signal I was getting, -106db outside of my mobile home would be hard to amplify and if it did go up I would have to be within 5 ft of the indoor antenna. They we're helpful and very professional, but most of all I wasn't talking to someone in India or someone with a Chinese accent. So I would recommend you calling their tech support if you have doubts. I ordered and received it in 2 days. I live in the mountains of E. Tenn. and for those that live in rural areas you no how irritating it can be to get a signal, -106db outside my mobile home and -120 inside. If your not sure how to check your signal I recommend the LTE Discovery App as well as the Meteor App, I tried other ones that give cell tower locations but the best way for me was to turn the antenna until I got the best signal. Getting ahead of myself. Once I received the package I had it installed and working in about an hour. I installed the outside antenna on a 20 ft pole in front of my kitchen window, I did this because of the ease turn the pole. Ran the cable through the wall and connected the booster the the inside antenna. As soon as I plugged it in I got 4 green bars on the booster and my signal inside went from -120 to -95 and that was just guessing where the cell tower was. On my phone I went to 1 bar to 4 bars. The thing is the tech support was almost correct about the signal boost the only thing was I can use my phone anyplace in my trailer when before I had to be next to a window or outside, so the inside signal is greater than 5 ft from the antenna. Everything on my cell phone, Moto Z4 Verizon, works better and no lost calls. I also have a mobile hotspot hotspot and I can watch Amazon and Netflix, both set on the lowest video quality to save data, but the movies look like HD. Surfing the internet is quicker as well and YouTube just the same. I have no complaints about this WeBoost Home it's better than I expected. It may not work for you or where your living, but give WeBoost tech support a call and talk to them. This particular model is for a small home or apartment. I will say this, I'm not being paid or compensated for saying this, it's the straight up truth, I've gained nothing accept a much better signal and I've not thrown my phone against the wall🤔😁

It does not work. My husband went through all the trouble to install it, but our call reception didn't improve at all. We had to return it, and the seller charged us a $76 restocking fee.

HomeRoom May be a great product, and WeBoost Customer Service is Excellent, However, YOU need to ensure this is the product you need before buying. US Cellular and Verizon reps recommended the WeBoost, HomeRoom, However, first download the app "OpenSignal" to find a strong tower signal. See Image. Then you are OK with this product because WeBoost Home Pro is a 'UNI-Directional' Antenna and must be pointed directly at the tower [within 10 degrees]. It will boost internet and phone signals.I live between 4 towers with weak signals that vary in wind or rain, so it worked sometimes, but lost signal 4 to five times every day - this was worse than no antenna. WeBoost told me to download the app to find a tower. Their tip-off came when the app could not easily locate a tower.I then raised the antenna to 10 ft above the house - No change. Then climbed up to move it in 30 degree increments a dozen times - no change.NOW This is where it gets confusing.Two Wilson Amplifiers Tech Reps [Seller] told me to send it back and buy the Wilson Pro4G 460119 "OMNI-directional" antenna kit.HOWEVER, today, a WeBoost tech rep says to keep this $400 kit, throw away their directional antenna, and replace it with their $80 304421 "OMNI-directional" antenna in the HomeRoom kit. She said the 460119 is for an ATM machine, and not for home use.Any questions, call WeBoost or Wilson Amplifiers.

We have a barn on our farm that has never been able to receive any kind of cell signal. No texts, no calls, maybe the phone would ring (or maybe not) but if it did, you had to run for the door, as you would not have reception until you were a good 10 feet away from the building. We really needed to fix this, as we had to wait on calls we were expecting before we could get to work. I researched so many options and was honestly confused and frustrated by all the choices out there. I settled on this model as it had the easiest set up, I figured that if it didn't work, at least we wouldn't have wasted hours installing it for nothing. Well, this works and it works beautifully and perfectly and we have had no problems with it at all. While it says that it has a range of 1500 sq ft this covers our entire 4000 metal building. The calls are crystal clear. I could not be more pleased!
