Buf Creame Bufala Ciliegine Mozzarella, 7 OZ

I love buffalo milk mozzarella, whether large or small like these ciliegine, because it has a creaminess closer to burrato than traditional mozzarella. Because of that, these small balls are soft, almost like 1-2" pillows. At room temperature, they can droop, unlike regular milk ciliegine. This stuff is amazing, even at this price point I find myself buying it over and over again. I may or may not hide it at the back of the fridge so my husband doesn’t see it so I can sneak more for myself... :DFirst fell in love with Buffalo mozzarella on our honeymoon in Italy and this is the only thing I’ve found in the states that comes even close. Super creamy and much more flavorful than a traditional mozzarella.

Buffalo mozzarella is nearly impossible to find in the Midwest. SO happy I found this! Delicious mozzarella made from water buffalo milk as found in Europe. Much better than from cows milk. Smooth, spreadable, not stringy at all with amazing flavor! Delicious!

This was a delicious cheese on top of my cauliflower crust pizza. I have also enjoyed stuffing portobello mushroom caps with Buf and prosciutto. However, I limit dairy in my diet, so I’m hoping the manufacturer will begin to offer a package containing only half of the amount. I already bought the smallest size offered in the grocery store.

It's as close as you can get to eating fresh Mozzarella in Italy. It's hard to find good tasting Mozzarella in FLA -- this product by Buf Creame is wonderful.

I never had this kind of cheese before but I’ll eat the whole container in one go
