Can it be used with 18v cordless?

Hi Nicola I think you will find that the drill that you use whether cordless or mains powered the most important thing is the RPM of the drill . I think you will find that it states the RPM should be 3000 for best cutting . I found this item to made very well and I cut 1.5 sheet metal , which I cut into leaf shapes .
