I have been taking this vitamin for a few weeks now and it is amazing. I practice martial arts every day (Qigong and Tai Chi) and I do need to take Vitamin D to strengthen and help my bones and joints as there aren't enough sunny days in the UK and I cannot get enough vitamin D from food. Before I started taking it I was feeling constantly tired from the training and my immune system was a bit weaker. However, after I start taking them daily I started to feel much stronger and back on track with my exercises. Been taking these for a long time I feel these are quality d3 and k2 capsules and really affordable.they have no rubbish fillers or gmo and are manufactured in the UK great company who seem to keep the price without increasing at rediculous hikes unlike other vitamins I take that have gone sky high making it impossible to keep purchasing. Quite large tablets but easily swallowed. I guess they're doing me good! Its good to find organic natural tablets without fillers

I absolutely needed this. The weather here is so depressing, without this, I would feel so down everyday. The potency is very high and the Vitamin K is a nice addition too. The fact that the excipients are 100% natural is great too.
