Excellent Vitamin, natural and really good value for money
I have been taking this vitamin for a few weeks now and it is amazing. I practice martial arts every day (Qigong and Tai Chi) and I do need to take Vitamin D to strengthen and help my bones and joints as there aren't enough sunny days in the UK and I cannot get enough vitamin D from food. Before I started taking it I was feeling constantly tired from the training and my immune system was a bit weaker. However, after I start taking them daily I started to feel much stronger and back on track with my exercises. My immune system seemed to get stronger as well as I haven’t had any flu or cold symptoms ever since. Another bonus is how small the pills are which makes it easy to swallow and they don’t carry any unpleasant taste. The price is very good as well as it comes with a good amount of them. I'm definitely making this brand and product my number one choice for supplementing Vitamin D to my nutrition and lifestyle.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT
EXCELLENT PRODUCT! My bloodwork showed a very low D level and was recommended by my doctor to take D3 with K2. I can really notice a difference in how I feel since I have been taking these tablets. Prior to taking D3, I was usually fatigued and used to experience joint pains, muscle stiffness and some mood swings. Recently I do not feel fatigued or joint pains and overall my health is much better. My mood swings are less frequent, intense and controllable. Because I am a vegetarian, the selection for pills suitable for my diet requirements are severely limited. I am glad I found these. They are 100% natural, vegetarian, easy to swallow, not offensive at all for my stomach, smell and flavour free and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
