Where are these made?

They Are made in Taiwan, using Japanese stainless steel.I hope this helps,Heather, Madison Supply

would this cut through blue jeans with ease?

I’ve cut several pairs of jeans with it with ease. Great buy for the price

How much they endure? How long you have been using them?

I have used them for about a month, so far so good. They are pretty solid, I use them in the ER.

could they cut thru shoes?

I haven't tried to cut through shoes, but as far as medical shears go, they are very well made and heavier than the cheap version you'll get at the drugstore. Running/training shoes: probably, but Military/hunting boots? Probably not. I don't know of any shears that could do that except maybe heavy duty kitchen shears such as those sold by Cutco. Those can cut through a penny if you have the hand strength.
