Finally my drunken noodles don’t stick! And you don't have to use a lot of oil. The food just slips out onto the platter. So easy to clean. The shape of the wok gives you a larger cooking area and it gets hot hot hot. I use it on my ceramic cooktop on the highest setting and it works beautifully. Also, it’s not heavy; very easy to handle. The glass lids fits on perfectly and has a little steam vent. Looks great too. I can’t think of one negative thing to write about it. So happy I bought this. I use wooden utensils to protect the ceramic coating, and of course, never put cold water in a hot pan.

**Q: Will acid like lemon juice or wine affect the coating?**
A: No. I left a pot with water to boil eggs on the stove and forgot about it for 6 hours. The water was gone and the pot was black. I washed it so easy and you could never tell anything happened. Pot still looks like new. These are amazing pans. I did a lot of research to find these. Every time they come out with a new one I buy it. Want to have them all.

A: Sure. It has a flat bottom so should not be an issue.

**Q: What is the Diameter of the bottom?**
