Delicious, tiny fluffy rice
I first bought this rice during the COVID lockdown because it was the only bulk brown rice I could find available, but it instantly became my favorite rice ever. The grains are tiny and cook up fluffy, giving the cooked rice a unique and appealing texture. I use the traditional method of cooking this rice: one cup rice to 4 cups water, simmering for 10 minutes after it comes to a boil, draining the excess water and letting it sit covered for another 10 minutes.

Great Aroma Rice!
This rice is amazing. No matter how long you want your rice to be cooked......to get either grainy and separate texture or very soft....both the textures taste good. I had contacted the seller when the item was out of stock due to COVID-19 and the seller responded on time. wish Amazon had an email alert to notify the customers if the product is back in stock esp. in the pandemic conditions like this. I cooked Pulao, Khichdi and biryani with this rice and it came out very well!
