Good colour match and size
I was scared to buy this online as my hip measurement is 45" and other brands went up to 40" but this fit perfectly - it's not tight either. This is not stretchable though if you're looking for that (I wasn't). Great option if you have a saree for which you don't have a petticoat!

Nice petticoat for a good price.
I'm pretty happy with my sari petticoat. The stitching is done well & the fabric is lightweight & rayonish - that'll keep it from clinging to the sari. I'm 5'1" & it drags the floor, so I'm going to have to hem it a few inches. So, anyone taller should be fine with the length. The drawstring is made from the same fabric as the skirt & helps to keep it nice & snug. The width is way to much for me & I'm not skinny. I'm going to have to take that in a couple of inches, too. Sari petticoats are supposed to be made of 6 panels of fabric; this is just 2 sewn down either side. So, it'll make it easy to alter. Oh - I chose the "natural" since it looked pretty tan, but it's a light cream. Colors vary on computers, so that may be the reason, but this was a lot lighter than I thought it'd be. But, overall, I think it was worth the $22.

decent quality
I didn't expect the finest of materials, but this was the color shown and the quality was good. I was going to sew one, but this wasn't much more than the cost of fabric. The tie seemed sturdy. I would not hesitate to buy this again.I am 5'4" with short legs (I usually need short or petite pants) and it fit at a good length.

which is perfect for underneath yards of saree fabric
I ordered a red petticoat first, to see how it is made, seam quality, etc. The cut is plain and somewhat A-line, which is perfect for underneath yards of saree fabric, fits a number of clothing sizes, and is very comfortable. The quality and workmanship is excellent, especially given the price - I was debating on sewing my own but after seeing how well this is done, I ordered another one right away, this time in a different color. The hems are solid, no crooked seams, no fraying after washing - I would definitely recommend these petticoats! The company was very efficient in service as well - instant courteous e-mail, super-fast processing and shipping of both orders.

I personally didn’t like it.
I needed this for a saree that, I purchased for a wedding, on Amazon. It didn’t fit well. You’ll need to hem the length if you’re 5’3”, like me. The closure was cheaply done and it’s more mustard than gold. There was no shimmer in the material so I couldn’t really call it “gold”. I found a nicer (and cheaper) one a a local Saree shop that looked a metallic gold color. I had to return the item.

Great color and fit
I was nervous about buying this due to my size. I typically buy bottoms in size 2X and i was afraid this would be too small. However, it fit! It fit well around my hips and down around my thighs. It was long enough to fit me as well. I would not recommend this to anyone larger than this though - I was just at the end of it's available drawstring length (but it still tied for me!).The color was exactly like the chart.

Soft petticoat but a little big
Material feels nice against skin. Royal blue is color as depicted. It's one size fits all so there is A LOT of bunching when I pull the drawstring tight because there is so much fabric. I am a size 4. If you distribute the bunching all around its okay. Perfect length for me as I am 5' 5"I'll have a friend do a quick hem to reduce the amount of fabric for future use but it fit the bill for now and was a great color match to my sari

Perfect for my sari
Just as described, and size was fine--thanks, reviewers. Wore this under my borrowed sari to a Hindu wedding. Was wondering if I would have to shorten it, but it turns out the sari is to be worn very long, so it was fine. When washed first, it is soft and lovely. The groom's mom re-wrapped my sari because I looked like a perverted Statue of Liberty. Great time.
