Nicely made pasta maker, sturdier than others I looked at. Easy to use though the space adjuster knob is a bit odd, but it works fine once I got used to it. Looks good too.

Product looks sturdy and of good quality but haven't used it yet so may have to update my review at another point. Delivery took an age but can be forgiven in the current climate, contact with the seller was very good and they replied to my queries quickly. Product came with pasta drying rack, instruction book, small brush and recipe book.

The pasta maker is excellent - sturdy and well made (no rusting etc). The cleaning brush and drying rack are very useful and there's a small recipe book too. I bought the Nordic Reef colour and it's lovely. So happy I went for this machine.

Never made my own pasta before, but this little machine made it easy. Small, but quite robust and so easy to use. I am very pleased with my Nonna!

This was bought as a gift for my son so my review is based on the fact that he was very pleased with it and was delighted that it included a rack. He sent me a photo of finished result of first batch of pasta and it looked very impressive.

It took a bit of practice to manoeuvre the dough through the machine but we eventually achieved excellent results and will no doubt improve on our technique and the time it takes. The pasta dough was very quick and easy to make and quick to cook and looked and tasted good.

I’m disappointed with the pasta machine. Until today, I’ve always used it to make spaghetti. Today, I wanted to make tagliatelle, but it turned out that the rollers don’t cut the pasta properly—they only cut every other edge, while the rest just leave marks on the dough.

Ich habe die SPRINGLANE Nudelmaschine "Nonna" seit einigen Wochen regelmäßig im Einsatz – und sie hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Verarbeitung & Design: Schon beim Auspacken macht die Maschine einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Sie ist robust verarbeitet, steht stabil auf der Arbeitsfläche und wirkt mit ihrer Edelstahloptik sehr edel. Die Bedienelemente wie Kurbel und Teigstärke-Regler laufen sauber und präzise. Handhabung: Die Bedienung ist denkbar einfach: Teig einlegen, durchdrehen, falten, wieder durchdrehen – bis die gewünschte Konsistenz erreicht ist. Dank der sieben Teigstufen lassen sich unterschiedlich dicke Platten herstellen – ideal für Lasagne, Ravioli oder Tagliatelle. Die beiliegenden Aufsätze funktionieren ebenfalls einwandfrei und lassen sich schnell tauschen. Ergebnisse: Die Pasta gelingt perfekt. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich, wie gleichmäßig der Teig ausgewalzt wird. Auch bei größeren Mengen bleibt die Maschine zuverlässig und leichtgängig. Selbst gemachte Pasta schmeckt einfach noch einmal ganz anders – frischer, authentischer. Reinigung: Wie bei allen manuellen Nudelmaschinen gilt: Nicht mit Wasser reinigen, sondern mit einem trockenen Tuch oder Pinsel. Das klappt bei der „Nonna“ problemlos. Nichts bleibt kleben, nichts rostet – sehr pflegeleicht. Fazit: Die SPRINGLANE "Nonna" ist nicht nur funktional, sondern bringt auch ein Stück italienisches Lebensgefühl in die Küche. Für alle, die gerne kochen und auf Qualität achten, ist sie eine klare Empfehlung. Super Preis-Leistung.
