Installation is a bit of a nightmare
I guess it works for what it is intended for, IF you can mount it, and that is a big if. Whoever designed this thing clearly never had to mount it securely. It's literally a bunch of faux plumbing parts you screw together then mount to the wall with the round mounting brackets. It comes with no instructions. You cannot mount it to the wall assembled with any drill that would actually get the job of drilling into a stud completed, because the drill will not clear the short side pieces to reach the screw. However, you also cannot assemble it once it's on the wall, because the fit is too tight to thread the pipes together and any threading done on one end of the final piece is necessarily going to unthread the other end.If you don't mount into studs on the other hand, the drywall anchors included are complete crap and bend or strip out.I ended up getting it half mounted, then using brute strength and a standard screwdriver to finish.Do yourself a favor and get something that isn't designed like this.

It should be 32" on center.
The overall length is too short to line up with the studs. It should be 32" on center so it can be mounted directly to the wall without using anchors. I had to put up a piece of pine, screw it into the studs, then mount the rack onto the pine. Much more sturdy this way. I don't trust the wall anchors that came with it. Other than that, I'm happy with my purchase.

Exactly what I was looking for
I needed someplace to put my cast iron skillets other than the top of my stove. We have a very small kitchen with limited cabinet space and these pans (the only ones I use) were always in the way. I needed something heavy-duty enough to be able to withstand the weight of these pans. This was it. The screws and anchors were not gonna do it though. My husband bought me some toggle bolts. They did the trick. The anchors it came with are not suitable for drywall. This is one of my favorite purchases!!!

Exactly as pictured
I am very pleased with the pot rack. The only word of caution: Assemble it and then hang it. On my first attempt, I tried to mount the brackets and then screw in the rod, but that really didn't work and I had to unmount it, assemble it fully and then remount. Just a silly mistake on my part, but it might save someone else some time :)

Looks good, needs better anchors
We received the 31.5" version as a wedding gift, but, only used half. As you can see in the photo, our space was limited. The finish is nice, just a simple matte black. The fittings are easily assembled, use a pipe wrench or some leverage to get the mounting plates lined up.The drywall anchors they give you are good for a picture, not for weight. You can see in the photo a bag of anchors I purchased. They're rated for 140#+ and I used 8. I don't think the roughly 40# of cast iron I have are going to fall any time soon. You'll need a 6" (15cm) long drill bit to tighten the screws without hitting the rack itself.Overall, I could've built it for less, I wish it had better drywall anchors meant for it's intended purpose and I think it looks good. I would recommend it to others simply because it's easy to order. And use your head when mounting it... Obviously.

No instructions!
There aren’t any instructions so zoom in on the pic and take a close look at the mounting circles. There is a certain position they have to be in. I figured it out after putting 4 holes in the wall... Luckily, the correct position still used one of those holes, covered up 2 and a half of the others, and left enough space for the new holes. I only have half a visible hole to patch up. Aside from that, I am very happy with the product.

Don’t do it
This product is unusable. When the connections were tightened all the way the mounting pieces did not face the same direction
