Their hydrolyzed beef collagen mixes with ease, and it's tasteless, so it goes good in almost any liquid drink. I add it to my whey isolate protein shakes (also True Nutrition), and my kids are picky eaters, so I add it into their milk drinks and smoothies. I use it primarily for skin, hair, and joint health. I've seen improvements in both skin and hair appearance, as well as fingernail health. I have bum shoulders, and at 45 years old, and years of heavy weight training and everyday activity, I take it to hopefully prevent further degradation or injury. My shoulders seem better getting 30-60 grams per day as long as I don't do anything stupid.
