Q: Where is the best place to inject? i purchase b12 from a spa and they told me to inject in stomach but i am reading the muscles are better? so arm?

I have researched this question about where in the body to inject B-Complex (B12, etc...) and have determined, in order to cover all the bases, that INTRAMUSCULAR is best. As a former anabolic steroid user, "high and to the side" of the buttock was my mainstay, but I've been using a 1-inch, 23-gauge needed in each of my shoulders for the B-Complex (I used a 1-1/2 inch needed for the oil-based steroids). To get the most out of my gigantic 250cc bottle before the printed expiration date, I've been going twice a week (Monday and Friday) with a full 1-1/2 cc. It's probably overkill, but apparently there is no danger to using an excessive amount. There is some stinging and soreness accompanying most of the B-Complex shots, and some people will be put off by it, but so far I've put up with it, twice a week for nearly six months now.

Q: My solution was rust to orange, not red like my rx b12. is this normal?

Srright B12 is red. But this a Bvitamin compound, not just B 12. Trust me I stopped paying $6 a shot from the pharmacy to the vitamin B complex, and it works just as well.

Q: When is the expiration date?

The month and the year of expiration are printed to the left of the barcode, for example, 1.22 for January 2022. However, your B12 will be good for very long after that if you keep it refrigerated.

Q: What is the current expiration date?

Varies according to the batch but lasts far longer than the estimated expiration dates.

Vitamin B is VITAMIN B because it’s vitamin B

Keep big “pharm” out of your wallet. This “farm “brand is …well Vitamin B without the allopathic insurance driven big pharm kick back price tag. I’m not a Dr and I don’t play one on tv. But my “livestock” looks forward to my ….ooops it’s weekly dose. Very energetic.
