I purchased this product at the same time as another natural pain reliever. In comparison, the other pain reliever is exceptional while this product is not. It's good in that it's natural & safer than chemicals but really couldn't hold a candle to the other product.

OK, but not an Alieve replacement
I thought this was a Cox-2 inhibitor and it wuld be a healthier option to Alieve. I may help reduce the Alieve dose I take but it isn't the right stuff to replace it. Try it, but don't expect miracles.

Works pretty well
I think for generalized muscle soreness this product is pretty effective, and the phellodendron extract of which it is composed has many many beneficial qualities. For my arthritis in hips, knees, and ankles, and shoulders, however, a single junior-strength (100 mg.) tablet/lozenge of grape-flavored ibuprofen works better. If you have generalized muscle aches, this will definitely soothe you and help you sleep, however.

Excellent relieving pain for fibromyalgia patient
I am a 51 year female with fibromyalia for over 10 years now.Every day I take some type of med for pain relief. From prescriptions to over the counter. Putting up with the stomache problems and acid reflex they create from taking day in and day out.I can honestly say that taking Solonova Nexrutine Extra has been a god sent for me. A type of miracle. I took the recommended initial dose of two capsules twice a day for the first two weeks. Before the end of the first two weeks I was actually pain free.And no problems anymore with the stomache or acid reflex.I am reordering my supplies today so I have on hand for every day use and pain free life I have finally found!I also take one lyrica in the evening for the fibromyalgia. But I did not have all the pain relief until I added taking the Nexrutine.Off and running!Its good to be me! again!!!!

Nexrutine by Solanova
I first tried this product after losing my health insurance. Previously, I took Celebrex for osteoarthritis, but now I can't afford $140 a month for it. After reading that Phellodendron Amurense (an extract from the cork tree) could help, I tried Nexrutine by Solanova and had amazing results! Most days I can get by with 1 capsule (500 mg) twice a day, but you can take one capsule 4 times a day when needed. I chose the Solanova product because of the stronger dosage, but others might get by with a lesser strength. My pain is now manageable, for only $30 a month.P.S.--Ibuprofen, although cheaper, is not option for me because of the stomach pain it causes.

Waste of money - does not work.

Wow! Really works for pain relief.
I have been having some severe muscle soreness, and only ibuprofen would work for me. Since ibuprofen erodes the lining of your stomach, along with other problematic side effects, I looked up COX 2 inhibitors and found this one. Last night instead of 2 ibuprofen, I took one of these capsules, and did not wake up with my back hurting. One capsule was all it took, even with my extra large body. Really happy to find a very effective alternative.
