Absolutely NO content - well 1 paragraph if you take all the sentences in the book together.
This book is a bunch of blank boxes with headers like "Materials Needed", "To Do", "Goals", "Questions & Issues" plus empty space or blank lines. There are a total of 16 sentences in this entire book. It is NOT a "book." The sentences are good advice, but really? The blank list space is too tiny to write anything. I can write a book too. In less than 1 hour. Crazy!

I didn't see where this stated "no return". Bought for my mother and she didn't want to use so I was going to return.
