Can these be used for heavy bag training?

I’m looking for open finger gloves to use on a heavy bag because my regular ones hold sweet and are hard to dry out. This product description shows a chart that says these are not ok for heavy bag. I’m not sure why not, besides maybe the padding isn’t there and they don’t weight but 0.44 pounds.

Your description is confusing . Thé color shows thé size but then thé size dont match thé color size .how do i know Im chosing thé right one ?

is the small very small or can fit an adult

Dear, we have two sizes for the MMA gloves, our Small size is suitable for the person whose palm width is between 2.36-3.15 inch. Please measure your palm width, if it is large than 3.15 inches, please select our L/XL size gloves. You can find the size chart on the description page.
