Silicone Bundt Pans 9.5 Inch Non-Stick Cake Pan Mold Eco-Friendly Grade Silicone Bundt Tins

I went into this with high hopes but unfortunately silicone is just not ideal for such a design. I greased and coated in flour like I do with all of my metal bundt pans, but some parts still stuck and ripped the ridges on top of the cake. The flexibility actually made it more difficult to remove the cake without damage. Also, because the pan is not metal, the heat is not distributed well during baking, which means it took about 20 minutes longer to bake the cake, and by then the outside was burnt and the inside was dry. It's probably a much better product to use as a jello mold or for a mousse cake.

Easy chocolate cake mix went into this pan, the center collapsed in on itself leaving us with a pile of dung burning on the bottom of the oven. Decide for yourself if you want this lovely experience in your own home.

When I first opened the envelope I was skeptical but I baked with it and was throughly surprised and amazed.

Not that sturdy, need to set on top of a sturdy pan. Only issue I’ve had is that I have to bake cake longer because right around the middle it stays wet. But I love the design of the cake once it’s done.
