I got mine wet. Will it ever be hard bristles again?

I just asked my son..he says that he washes his brush weekly and the bristles do get back hard.

This is a hard brush. Meaning it will work best on thick hair. If you have a thicker hair texture then yes it will slick back your hair.

does it still come with a durag 2020?, im looking at the medium brush
