These are excellent exercise gloves. They made very well, great quality and they seem like they should’ve been a lot more expensive than they were. I’ve used weightlifting gloves before and they cost so much money and they weren’t even as nice as these. They fit well and are very comfortable. The material is nice and they have a great padding. They’re lightweight and they feel like you’re wearing nothing. I would absolutely recommend these to anyone.

Hard to get on and off.Padding is overly thick so it changes the way you grip the fitness bars/equipment.Overall build is solid, but these gloves most definitely alter your program (example, hanging abs exercises, nearly impossible because the gloves change the grip ability that much!).Fit is true as far as hand size, but again, I'll repeat, just because they fit your hands, doesn't mean they improve your workout, your workout gripping ability, and, while they do prevent your palms from hurting, your finger tips being exposed are still an issue (not to mention they do not shield your hands from bacteria/virus).

Super tough material protecting your hands, that is flexible so you can grip and do what is needed during work out. Adjustable wrist area to keep the gloves from sliding around. Lots of finger room keeping your fingers free from pinching and blisters. Fold up take with you wherever you work out.

These are awesome for lighting. As a cross fitter my hands get so sore with the bar and theses have saved my workout. Heavy duty and true to size

For me, there is a big difference between Large & X-Large. I bought the X-Large which fit my fingers fine. However the palm & top of my hand was too loose. Then, I ordred the Large. It was too small for my fingers (cut in between them), but fit my hand & palm fairly well. Ultimately, I had to go with the X-Large.

It's effective. The padding is just enough that I don't feel the iron bars at the gym but not too chunky like one I had previously. At first, I was a little worried because I thought I'd bought the wrong size, felt tight on the first wear. But by the second time it fit perfectly. So don't think it's small when you try it on the first time.

I really like the feel of these workout gloves. However, I normally wear either a medium or large. These in large size are tighter than other brands' mediums. Difficult to get off when sweaty after a workout. Otherwise I would give a five star review....and will order another pair in extra-large!

Unless you have trump hands you will not be able to use them. I got a medium and is extra small. Had to return
