Great quality! Super easy to adjust! Its truly satisfying! The locking mechanism is strong. Super easy to use, and versatile! Great for beginners or advance! I’m a beginner, and it’s actually helping me be able to walk better and faster for my cardiovascular health I strongly suggest watching videos of the product they will take you to physical therapist I forget their names I can get it at this for you, because they were super helpful in showing the best way to adjust them to your height and how to hold them when you’re using it for walking for exercise But they’re also great for hiking and stuff like that and that’s why they’re super versatile! These are great for me, because I’m heavier trying to lose weight. So if I lean on them if anything it’ll bend because it’s aluminum and nor snap like the carbon ones So definitely look at the differences between the two materials and decide if the extra money is worth it for you just to get that extra weight, but to me they’re light as a feather anyway so it doesn’t make a difference. And these are just more beneficial for me at this time in my life

I can not begin to express what a perfect purchase these Trekking poles were. My husband and I took a 2 week long trip to Italy during a time when we were both experiencing mobility issues We purchased the set of trekking sticks, hoping they would help. BEST PURCHASE EVER!!!!!!! I used them everyday! I loved they came in a pair, so my husband could use one when needed. I also used both on days where walking was going to be a challenge. They were easy to fold for luggage and backpacks. I never had an issue going through security/customs using them.They were easy to adjust for height - which meant I could stand up straight rather than hunched over with a cane. They were VERY sturdy - never buckled or bent with use. They are lightweight so never felt burdensome. I used them on all kinds of terrain. I also loved that they came with several different feet, so that we were better prepared for whatever type of walking we were doing (hills, rocky roads, cobblestones, grass, carpet, natural flooring....). As far as looks, we purchased the silverish option (I would say more a graphite color) which was great - they aren't an eyesore in photos and never looked dirty or worn. I would say these were the best value of our entire trip - worth every penny - still look brand new - and now are ready for everyday use well into the future! Thank you so much - Amazing product!

Update 2: After the malfunction described below, I contacted Trekology customer service via email. It took a couple of emails back and forth, but they responded very quickly and sent replacement poles without any hassle. I am really impressed with this customer service experience and hope that the problem does not recur, as I am a big fan of these poles. Update after 10 months: Everything in the paragraph below holds true, with one unfortunate development, which is that on one of the poles the button that holds the top in place when extended has now, without clear cause, disappeared into the pole, rendering it useless. I'm hoping there may be a way to fix this, because I really like these poles, but I have yet to figure out what it might be. These poles are great for mixed terrain, where you need them sometimes, but not always. They fold up to fit in the bottle pocket on my field bag and are easy and very quick to collapse and assemble. Their weight is negligible, but they are quite sturdy - I've used them to support my full weight (230 lb) standing up from sitting and downhill on steep inclines. If you will be using them on rugged terrain, you would be wise to get some more durable tips (vulcanized rubber) rather than the ones that come with the poles. After 3-4 days hiking on rough cinder, the metal tips poked right through the feet that come with the poles, and the smaller rubber tips fell off/ got caught in the substrate within a few hours.

Trails Used on (so far): Avalanche Lake - Glaciar National Park, Hidden Falls -> Inspiration Point -> Cascade Canyon - Grand Tetons National Park. I was reccomended these by a very experienced hiker, (F, 86 with arthritis) who has been hiking regulalrly for decades accross many countries. She has had a pair of these for around 5+ years. So far, they have been a game changer. The are very lightweight, comfortable, and easy to set-up. No learning curve requirerd. Great quality for the price. My knees, hips, and ankles are extremely happy. My lower half joints are saved! I am only in my early 20's, and I highly reccomened these to anyone at any level of hiking. If you want to hike into your 80's, use these!

Bought 2 sets of these for a trip to Seattle by plane, to hike Mt Rainier on a tour. They fit our carry on luggage very nicely as well as in my back pack on the bus. They unfolded and snapped into shaped easily and provided my wife and I much appreciated stability on the steep, rocky, root covered and sometimes wet terrain. Highly recommend. My son who went with us and is an avid hiker with a set of poles that do not collapse as small asked me to share a link for these poles available on Amazon As they impressed him as well. Great value, great grip, great solution for travel/hiking.

These poles are amazing. Quick setup. Folds up small to fit in your bag. Makes you feel as stable a a mountain goat! I used them elk hunting through some steep thick mountains. They worked perfect. Only one downside. The little rubber feet come off pretty easily. I like the spiked ends better so it didn’t bother me much.

Bought these to hike Mount Borah in Idaho. These worked absolutely phenomenal and was crucial for me to complete the hike. Collapses small, lightweight, and relatively inexpensive. They were very sturdy even on the steepest of slopes. Adjusted quickly based on terrain of either going up or down. Cork grips were very comfortable. Would absolutely recommend these for hiking! I'm glad I bought these as I'm not sure I would have made it up and down the mountain without them.

We bought 2 sets for a trip to Utah to hike in the national parks. Never used any hiking poles before and I'm SO glad we had them. They are quality and easy to use and store. Happy with this purchase!

After trying a couple of poles, for casual and non-extreme walkers, these poles are excellent. They're light, collapse to a small size and really aid walking. Reduces the stress on hips and knees. The size allows them to fit into or strap to a day pack. The hand straps are easily adjustable to fit any size hand. The folding sections join precisely. The height adjustment is simple to operate, with a clamp lever. It gives a very reassuring sense of security. There is plenty of height adjust; I'm 180cm and my wife is 166cm. Both of us had no trouble finding the comfortable fit. Recommended.

Quick delivery. I have never used poles before but signed up for the Northern Ireland Mournes Seven Sevens challange walk in August. All the training hikes were taking there toll on my knees so I was told to invest in some poles. These were brilliant, comfortable, easy to set up and change height depending on downhill or uphill and super easy to quickly fold away when not needed on steep scrambles. Can't fault them.

Traen todo tipo de puntas, y el corcho tiene un tacto agradable. Estoy encantado, cosa que no es fácil, de verdad muy recomendable por mi parte.
