I got the black bling w/chrome frame, but I’m not impressed... I wish I got a different color b/c the black stones are not sparkly at all. The advertised pics don't really show the quality & detail but hopefully I can describe that now for others who wonder the same things:Its a frame thats covered w/strips of rhinestones, which are set in a silver prong-base. And you know the “clear sticky tabs” that are used for ladies Press-On Nails? Well that’s basically the best way I can describe what’s used to adhere these rhinestone strips to the frame. And as others also mentioned, the screw caps do not fit either, unless you glue them together yourself.TL;DR—> Don’t order the black bling one if you’re looking for a flashy sparkle. Very low quality but thats expected for the value. 4 out of 5 stars. Check out my pictures. I’ll update as time goes by if/when anything changes...

So glad I went with this purchase! It’s even protected from getting stolen (single rhinestone is super hard to take off, which holds it together) I added a clear coat to it to make it last longer! really blings!

These plate frames are well made and sturdy. The bling is like a channel setting "rope" that looks to be glued tightly together all around. Not random individual crystals. I like that the frame is stainless steel. Blingy, but not over kill because of the channel setting. The screw covers are easy to install...there is a diagram shown in the listing of the product on amazon. There are no directions in the box, so make sure you go back to the listing and look. I am no genius and did it myself. I have no idea how you would get them off once they are snapped in, though. I have one around an American flag plate on front of car, and another frame around my actual plate on the back. Registration sticker remains visible. Ohio winter is coming, so we will see how they are in the snow. Very nice product for the price.

As some of the other reviews say, instructions would have been nice with this item as it doesn’t come with any. I read other reviews to figure out what to use where, but I’ve also had a license plate cover before so it was pretty self explanatory. I had purchased a similar plate about a year ago (less expensive - here’s why) during the winter and the rhinestones “stickers” froze and fell off within two weeks. The quality of these plates are completely different with the stones embedded into the metal rather than a cheap adhesive and the shine is BEAUTIFUL! I was only able to use the flat bolts (it comes with a set of extras) due to how my plates are but they seem to be sturdy and they’re beautiful on! Very shiny! I would buy again and recommend! Only gave 4 stars due to lack of instructions.

it's a great product, we've purchased it few months ago, I think 3 months ago and so far there is no fading and no issues at all, last year we had purchased from an other vendor in Amazon and it started fading and losing the crystals in less than two months.

The rhinestones are super cute BUT the size is larger than my cali plates. They sit loose inside and the screws were small. The attached caps do not fit on the outside of the screw also BUT the frame plate is nice and so are the rhinestones, super shinny. So I'm 50/50 on recommending this item.

When you want a little 'bling' but not trying to appear 'too extra' this is the product that you need! It's just the right amount of sparkle but not so much that you look like a barbie doll! I love it!
