Are these made in the USA?

The "Cooptop" trademark is owned by Qian Xiaochao whose address is listed as Room 1809, Building 66, 588 Huangshan Road, Hefei China, so it's probably safe to assume that the product is made in China. I'm guessing they chose "Cooptop" because it's close to "cooktop."

Does the metal core run the entire length of the spatula handles?

I misread the question for my earlier answer. The metal goes to the bottom of the holes in all the spatulas.

Is this the kind of silicone everything sticks to? I had an Oxo one with a silicone handle, and dust, lint and everything else stuck to it when dry.

As far as my experience with it, no it doesn't stick, unless it's something gooey and sticky you're making. It drys clean.

How do i know what colors i am getting? can i choose?

When I purchased my set, they were only available in a medium gray.
