This cotton yarn does not separate, it's easy to work with. It comes in very nice colors. I made a summer top. It came out very nice, very soft.

I've been buying this yarn for a while. I had two summer tops knitted for myself and now making a baby blanket. Soft yarm, beautifully knitting. The pink top is knitted with US4 needles, the teal top is knitted with 3.25 needles. The baby blanket also is being made with 3.25 needelss. Unfortunately, my pictures do not show exact color. Summer top and blanket are made with yarn of the same color. It is beutiful teal color (Color#3452) And pink in reallity is more deep than on my picture.

The Gazzal Baby Cotton skeins come in a variety of colors and some are organic. It is a fine yarn but has colors that are somewhat unique for making baby items. I am knitting a baby dress in green and orange and it looks fantastic. Also going to try dark purple and light grey - unique but adorable and /or striking. The feel is soft and yarn is workable.

I don't usually write reviews, simply because I put that kind of task on the back burner. But I had to make an effort this time because this yarn is absolutely great! I am making a sweater for my granddaughter and usually purchase Debbie Bliss yarn because it's a great quality yarn and doesn't pill...so I was nervous to buy another brand because when you handknit something the quality should be nice....but because the price was so low, I decided just to try it. The quality of this yarn matches that of Debbie Bliss. It gives great defiinition to each stitch and the color is brilliant for a nice summer sweater for my little girl. I am a definite fan of this yarn

I wasn't familiar with this brand of yarn. Even with a description I've found it's hard to know the true weight of the yarn until you see it. This is definitely very fine, I would call it thread. After working with it for a while I agree it's soft and easy to work with. I'm using a size D crochet hook (3.25mm) and the yarn splits fairly often, but it goes back into place immediately. You can tell it's high quality. My hands are rough and my biggest problem besides splitting is usually having the yarn catch on the skin on my hands. This yarn doesn't do that! I ordered the pink for a winter scarf, and I would call it a winter pink, it's the perfect color, exactly what I wanted. I wouldn't say it has more gray in it than the pastel, it's just a deeper tone, a medium pink The yarn looks almost like suede and it has weight to it. I'm not sure I would order this again for what I'm making with it, but I will definitely check out my other options available with Gazzal yarn. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I wanted something lighter weight.

Oh baby yarn, I love you so much. This is a great brand although it seems like you have to dig to find it...smaller name, better quality. I make amigurumi and I prefer very light yarn and very small hooks. This yarn is like heaven in my hands, and works perfectly with smaller hooks (under 2mm). The yarn is so soft yet also very strong. Sure mini amigurumi doesn't need to be soft, but my hands need soft yarn to avoid yarn burn and callouses. The threads stay together and don't fray which really helps on a smaller hook. This pack is a STEAL for the price. Highly recommend.

Frankly, I did not expect much from this yarn, just basic cotton. Looks like string. My goodness, was I wrong! This is the softest cotton I have ever used. It has a touch of acrylic for easier care, but with 60% cotton, it will be cool and absorbent. I am making hats for ladies that have lost their hair due to cancer treatment. It will certainly be gentle on their newly hairless scalps. Thank you for a wonderful, soft yarn. I highly recommend it for anything that goes next to your skin.

This yarn is really nice. A soft cotton... not stiff like dishcloth cotton. I have made two baby dresses so far and only used one skein per dress. I ordered multiple colors and yarn colors in the pictures are true to the colors I received. I would buy this again if I need a soft cotton yarn.
