The massage balls, helped him target specific tension on the back of his lower calf. The fact that the kit comes in a handy carry bag, means it’s portable, easy to transport and it can all be kept together no more hunting around for bits. After using the various bits and pieces, son reported that it definitely helped receive the tightness and lower back tension. Five stars from me.
