Small on my baby
My boy is 1 year 7 months , I purchased 18/24 and he can’t even slide his feet in.I’d say go up to be safe.

6-9month size is closer to 9month size.
I got my daughter the 6-9month size. They’re definitely closer to a 9month old size if not bigger. Very curious to see how big the 9-12month is. My daughter is a year old and has small feet so I was hoping they would fit her. Unfortunately they don’t. But they’re super cute. Can’t wait for her to grow into them.

I love these sandals on my baby girl! They are a little wide on her foot so her foot slides from side to side but I could have possibly gotten a smaller size. Overall I love these!
