My favorite efa supplement. Originally tried it for the addition of DPA, which not many brands offered at the time. I also like the higher amount of each ingredient. It’s very fresh oil. How do I know? Ive been buying this for years now, and I open them and take the oil straight or mix it into something every time. I cannot swallow pills - any- so have to buy in drops or gummy form. These, are worth every cent and I have no problem with the flavor. Ive purchased other brands that tasted bad — and I mean bad. One brand I literally had to throw away the entire bottle, it was inedible. I guess the makers thought no one would notice they were rancid or otherwise bad in gels or caps form. It’s vegan 👍🏼 I’ll continue to purchase

I appreciate these little gems. They are easy to swallow, have no fishy taste or smell, and have the nutrients I need.

My doctor has wanted me taking Omegas for years; unfortunately, I could not stomach even the most expensive “flavorless” varieties. i learned about a vegan form and was excited to give it a try. These are small capsules that are easy to swallow and I do not taste anything when taken with water. Very happy to have found a product I am able to use. UPDATE: Two months into taking these I have my vision appt and I no longer have chronic dry eyes (something I’ve had for 20 years that they always use a strip test to diagnose for my eye drop prescription)! I talked to my doc about any changes and taking these omegas was all I could come up with, ophthalmologist stated that omegas are a huge help with maintaining moisture and believes these are what did it! I then noticed i also don’t have my annual, winter chapped nose or lips! I am Loving this!!! None of these factors are the reason I started taking this supplement for my mental health but i am ecstatic for bonus benefits <3

I ordered these supplements recently and am liking them very much so far. The softgels are a good, pretty small size and easily to swallow. I also like that the omega 3 is Vegan, so there is no fishy taste associated with taking these.

I purchased these omega 3 capsules because I read online that fish actually get their omega 3 from plants. I always thought that the fish created the omega 3 themselves, but they actually get it from their diet so this is technically straight from the source. I prefer to eat vegan whenever possible so I figured I'd give it a try. Essentially these are pretty much exactly like fish oil caps. I get the same level of burps and I feel the same as I do on fish oil, but these are vegan. So if you're like me and prefer the vegan option these are for you, but I wouldn't put them above fish oil. They make me feel the same and the burps are the same as well. I don't really have much of a problem with the burps because I always take them with food anyway and its incredibly mute, but these aren't 100% "fishy burp free." Good enough for me though I'd recommend.

My naturopath suggested that I start taking Omega 3 supplements for my mental health and to also help combat overall systemic inflammation in my body. I wasn't sure what brand to take and am very particular about supplements, as I know many contain fillers, etc. My naturopath recommended this brand and I'm loving it! I've noticed that my mood is elevated and the inflammatory symptoms that I usually experience (such as skin rashes and acne) have decreased. The capsules are non-GMO, vegan, and gluten free. They're easy to swallow and don't have a bad taste or smell. I'm super happy with this product and trust this brand. Thank you!!

I really like this product ans have been using it for a while, but the last two bottles have had broken gel tablets that cause the whole bottle to go rancid. Amazon replaced it, but the replacement had the same problem. Not sure what’s going on, but I’ve had to switch to another brand.

I really like these omega-3 softgels. The gel caps are easy to take and don’t have an unpleasant aftertaste, which is a big plus. Overall, a good option if you’re looking for a plant-based supplement

Highly recommend amazing product easy to swallow does not give me any stomach issues at all which is great I have very sensitive stomach im allergic to dairy and soy. I will be purchasing again when this bottle is done.

Have switched to lemon flavored cod liver oil from Iceland. Just about every caplet I have tried starts out ok then turns rancid despite refrigeration. Once the product is rancid, I get a fishy aftertaste that repeats & upset stomach. Will not order again. This would likely not be a concern for 2 or more people in the household are taking Omega-3 and using the product up more quickly. Would advise against ordering more than 1 bottle at a time.

I love these! Great way to get omega 3 without stinky fish. Even my non-vegan friends are now buying these to avoid fishy smells.
