I bought 3 brands to compare and this one (zxu) is the winner. Better weighting design in the hem. They are same size, but this one Feels bigger- probably because of the better-weighted edges. Magnetic closure is surprisingly strong and sturdy, and best of all fuss-free compared to snaps. I compared highest heat settings simultaneously side by side and the heat level was the same. But this one has heating elements designed to heat a little higher up on the neck. Because of the better weighting design, it hugs my neck better, too.

This heat pad is a very nice fit, the value is well worth it, the heat started just as advertised, the cord length is perfect it's long enough not to have you constrained to a certain location. It's heat intensity is really good. Very soft material, I appreciate the design its closer is well put together. Another good point, it's reversible, the plug can be used on the left or the right.

This heater gets very warm is comfortable. Alas, you're basically renting the product. My first heater lasted 2-years and then the remote would flash and nothing would respond. My last heater lasted 15 months and simply doesn't heat up anymore. On to heater #3.

This heating pad was GREAT until it wasn’t! This product lasted me about a year before it just stopped working. For the price point, it was worth it. There are three settings and it heats up very quickly. When you wrap it around your shoulders, there is a magnet that attaches both sides together to hold in place around your neck. I would more than likely purchase again!

So first, a little back story, I've suffered with neck/ shoulder pain , for many years, 'l'eft side aarthritis'. For some reasons I had to only use microwavable neck pads, and I never could find, very good ones.. fast forward, to recently, I was able to buy,a plug in one, so I went on smazon to search for some so I picked this one. I cant even explain to you, how perfect, this one is. It is f'yi, 'it's a little heavy, it doesn't bother me.. but I could see it possibly bothering other's ?...I was a bit nervous, cause it seemed kinda pricey, for me..and idk if it would work well.. but I've gotta say it's the best product I've found. The controller, is very easy to use.its got the standard high, med, low on it.. super simple to use u just lightly push the button, for setting I like high, but to turn off u just hold down on any button..for a couple seconds. And it'll shut down right away.. this was worth, 4very penny we paid for it... u wont be disappointed..you'll be happy u did it!So order it , to get, one step closer, to being relieved.. it also helped me, byreading , all the positive reviews to pick this.,and I dont regret it at all..

This worked great for the three months it worked. Now it heats for about 5 mins and then all three lights on the controller blink and it turns off. I’ve unplugged, changed outlets—everything I can think of. Can’t find a way to contact the seller for info on what this error means and Amazon just keeps sending me through ai bots. This is not right, I need this for my chronic pain and I’m really disappointed in the support. Don’t buy this.

My dad really likes this heating pad. It's effective at eases muscle pain and stiffness. We bought one a couple years ago and it stopped working. We bought a second one in Aug 2024 and it broke in Feb 2025. Trying to see if we can get a replacement, but disappointing that this product doesn't have longevity.

Love that this heating pad heats my shoulders AND neck. The magnetic closure in the front keeps it from falling off so I can wear it while working at my desk without it slipping. A must-have for anyone with arthritis, shoulder tension, or cold offices.
