## Questions & Answers

**Q: What diameter axles does it have, are the wheels interchangeable with regular longboard wheels?**
A: ask the manufacterer

**Q: Could you push this like a regular longboard? Take off the straps, etc.?**
A: Why not? The bigger the tire, the slower the ride. This board is meant for Kite-boarding. That's why there are straps.

**Q: I received my board and box was damaged and missing hardware and bearings. How do I get these parts?**
A: Return the board to Amazon and do yourself a favor and get a better board. MBS makes great boards, that's what I did after buying this Hi Na board. To this day I cant figure out who makes this board. It's cheap and if you plan on doing anything offroad it isn't very safe.

**Q: There were no instructions on how to put it together. I'm sure it's pretty simple but is there a sight for me to look at?**
A: Nope. Just look at the photo

## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lacking Equipment
*by T***. on April 14, 2020*

Came without the necessary screws to attach the trucks to the board. I will change my review if the company sends me the correct equipment. *Edit* The company sent new hardware, and I took the board out kiteboarding. It works very well.

### ⭐ Missing parts
*by J***E on December 17, 2020*

Missing parts to attach wheels to the trucks

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good starter board
*by M***. on June 24, 2020*

The "bindings" are the only shortfall. Slip in bindings that do not secure your heel will limit your ability to maneuver. Tricks are not impossible but the difference between real bindings and Velcro is significant. Otherwise, the board is sound.
