When I am tying my pony tail, these metal hair bands are really handy. It makes it easy to get all my hair gathered in on the first try. They're not expensive and really good quality, and the size is self-adjusting. The dark look is not an issue, since I only need to put it on to tie up my hair and don't leave them in.

They hold their shape well and keep hair back. Only flaw is the paint does chip off after awhile For the price they arent bad at all.

I've had this 3-pack of metal wired headbands for a while now and had absolutely zero problems with them. The wavy zigzag design provides a really good grip, and they hold your hair back perfectly during workouts or just lounging around without digging into your scalp or losing their shape. However, I recently completely shaved my head, and I quickly realized these are officially useless to me now. Without any hair for the teeth and waves to catch onto, they just slide right off. If you actually have hair and need a reliable, sleek, non-slip headband to keep it out of your face, this pack is an awesome value and works exactly as advertised. But if you're rocking a freshly bald look like me, you can definitely skip these!

This product can slick your hair back but overtime the black is gonna come off and you'll start seeing the metal bits inside. Doesn't look like it'll last long.

Paint peeling off after two days. I do not recommend, I purchased a singe one from a different vendor and still fully covered and that was well over a year ago. It fits well, holds hair in place I have medium length hair. This particular version with the concave shape gets the hair snugged and no need for hair products. The only reason for 1 star is due to the paint. I purchased black for a reason.

I've been wearing one of these every day for weeks now, great headbands. Glad I bought them instead of the usual plastic ones – they're far stronger, hold my hair back just as well too. I'm sure the 3 pack will last me a long time

Paint is not hard...

Unlike other metal headbands I have these don't pull the hair rather pull it back and keep it in place. I have very thick, short hair and love these bands! The end points also are softened and don't give a headband headache where the pressure points are. Great purchase!!!
