Are these gloves ok to use in the heat too?

I don't see why not. They won't collect sweat like rubber gloves. They are pretty light. I use mine when it's chilly out when I have an early race, like 4am start. I do take them off around 6am as I (and the weather) warm up.

I need a glove thin and snug enough that I can still turn pages with it on. Will these fit the bill?

The do fit snug. Very nice. But I am not sure about turning pages. I doubt it.

I ran all winter with them and never had a problem. No frostbites at all . Your hands will still be cold but not extremely cold .

Are these gloves machine washable?

Yes the tag says they are and I have washed mine a few times and haven’t noticed any issues.
