A quality piece of goods . . . . . .At a moderate price!
Like everything about this Mat, The thickness, the length and I the ability to hang it. Have used it repeatedly since receiving it, and shows no sign of degrading.

This is definitely a premium mat
If you have issues with your knees or just prefer a bit more cushioning than a regular yoga mat provides, this is an excellent choice.

Quality Mat at good price point
The foam does not deform and it stay in shape even after a few abusive use. Good stuff! Highly recommended to all who wants a gym studio quality mat.

Great Mat
I ordered two of these for our home gym and we are very impressed. The thickness is just right, they don't have any type of odor, the price is AMAZING and having the ability to hang them on the back of the door with a couple of door hooks makes them perfect. Highly recommend.

Not great for yoga
If comfort is what you're looking for this is a great choice. If you need stability for yoga poses not so much. It's so thick that it actually stretches under you as you shift your weight.
